Who We Are

Victoria Garcia is President of Marketing Impressions, a public relations, graphic design, and advertising agency with expertise in marketing and promotions for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Started in 1986, her company has assisted thousands of clients to increase their visibility in the marketplace and gain new customers. Working with many retailers, service businesses and manufacturers has led to a wealth of experience and creativity which Victoria shares with her clients.

Ms. Garcia, awarded charter membership in Who's Who Among San Diego Women in 1982, has a BS from Florida State University and holds a Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Victoria has a long history of work on various non-profit boards of directors starting with the Battered Women’s Coalition in 1977, which established the first domestic violence shelter in San Diego. She is currently President of San Diego Women, Inc. and sits on the Board of Directors of the Greater San Diego Business Association.

Many business owners know Victoria as an informative and entertaining speaker due to her 17 year history as a speaker for the U.S. SBA/SCORE. Her monthly classes on marketing, public relations, graphic design and marketing trends are among the most popular classes SCORE offers. She has been an in-demand speaker to a wide variety of groups including The San Diego Chamber of Commerce, The SBA/City of San Diego's annual Small Business Conference, many local colleges and numerous others.
